My Story

Hi, I'm Linda.

My interest in nutrition began as a teenager when I received treatment for migraines from a chiropractor, who also introduced me to the benefits of eating the right foods to help the body and maximise health.

This experience led me to complete a diploma in osteopathy and naturopathy followed by studies in nutritional therapy. I am a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist BSc (Hons) (First class) and fully trained Osteopath and Naturopath (COET). I abide by the professional standards of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Commission (CNHC).

Personal experience of the disabling effects of migraine and contributing factors have led me to specialise in the support of migraine, PCOS, insomnia and anxiety.

The Process

Good nutrition offers benefits to many conditions. Support is available for fatigue, depression, skin conditions, menopause and hormone problems, digestive system problems, rheumatoid arthritis. It may also benefit weight loss and many other health issues.

If you’re struggling with any of the areas above, or are looking for advice regarding nutrition and how better nutrition could benefit you please do get in touch!
